Here's how it works
Step One
All of our services begin with a phone consultation. To set up your consultation, reach out to us via
email,
our contact form or on
Instagram. We'll confirm availability for your event prior to booking your consultation.
Step Two
When you're ready to book, you'll receive a contract agreement detailing the specifics of what we do and what to expect during our time together. At that time, an invoice as well a 25% deposit is required to secure your date.
Step Three
Once booked, the fun begins and so does the planning process with Sarah. She will be in contact with the couple to schedule further calls as the planning progresses.
Bonus Gift
As part of our planning packages, we gift all our couples with a fabulous digital wedding planner. It's like having a personal assistant by your side, accessible to both you and Sarah, our talented planner. Get ready for a fantastic resource that spans a whopping 165 pages! This gem lets you tell your unique love story through words, pictures, and oodles of inspiration for your big day. Partial planning for small/intimate weddings up to 30 guests.
This package includes:
- Unlimited calls/texts with Sarah
- Accommodation sourcing for out of town guests
- Full theme creation - concept, design, and execution
- Full venue design - for all spaces on the wedding day to ensure a smooth flow of the order of events
- Access to a preferred vendor list
- Vendor recommendations - Based on your specific vision and needs we will then recommend suitable
vendors within the given budget. - Venue recommendations - Based on your specific aesthetics and budget. We do all the legwork and provide a proposal with venue comparisons.
- Vendor liaison for up to 6 vendors
- Vendor tip + payment issuing on behalf of the couple

Service begins 8 months prior to wedding.
This package includes:
- Initial meeting with clients (1 hour)
- Certified WPICC Wedding Planner
- Two Coordinators included on the day of
- Assistance with theme creation - concept, design, and execution
- Venue Visit & review - for all spaces on the wedding day to ensure a smooth flow of the order of events
- Access to a preferred vendor list
- Vendor & Venue recommendations - Based on your specific vision and needs we will then recommend suitable vendors within the given budget.
- Rehearsal attendance
- Vendor liaison for up to 4 vendors
- Vendor tip + payment issuing on behalf of the couple
- On-site wedding coordination - 10 hours

The Diamond
Full Wedding Planning
Service begins 16 months prior to wedding.
This package includes:
- Initial meeting with clients
- Certified WPICC Wedding Planner
- Two Coordinators included on the day of

- Full timeline creation
- Access to a preferred vendor list
- Vendor recommendations - Based on your specific vision and needs we will then recommend suitable vendors within the given budget.
- Venue recommendations & Site visits - Based on your specific aesthetics and budget. We do all the legwork and provide a proposal with venue comparisons. We will also accompany you to see the venues in person.
- Venue Visit & review - for all spaces on the wedding day to ensure a smooth flow of the order of events
